I switched over from M1 to Singtel.
So I got a new Singtel data subscription worth $39/month with up
to 12 GB of data transfer.
The $250 was for having the HTC Desire bundled in with the
contract.
The phone came with a 2GB microSD card, which wasn't enough for
me. So I spent another $50 on a 16GB microSD card at the duty free
shop the last time I flew out of Singapore.
My word! Here, it's AUD 79 with only 2GB of data and the
charge for excess usage is exorbitant! It's not uncommon to
rack up bills of almost AUD 100 or more monthly!
